Article 1 (HOTEL ALL IN Membership)

The name of the Program as defined herein shall be “HOTEL ALL IN Membership” (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”). 2.

The Program is administered by Showa Jiken Properties, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). 3.

The Program is a membership program that provides discounts, special deals, etc. (the “Services”) for use of HOTEL ALL IN (the “Eligible Facilities”). The latest information regarding the facilities offering the Services, membership benefits, etc. will be posted on the official website of HOTEL ALL IN (https:// hotel-all-in.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”)). 4.

The Company may outsource the operation of the Program to a third party without prior notice.

Article 2 (Membership)

Individuals who are 18 years of age or older, who have agreed to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Site Policy, and who have applied for membership, and who have been accepted by the Company shall be considered members.

However, a person under 18 years of age may also become a member with the consent of a person with parental authority or a guardian.

Article 3 (Application for Admission)

Application for membership in the Program shall be completed by entering the prescribed information and registering on the Site. The address that can be registered for the Program is limited to either the member’s home address or work address in the member’s current country of residence. 2.

Article 4 (Admission fee and annual membership fee)

There is no admission fee or annual fee for this program.

Article 5 (Membership privileges)

1. Members may receive a 7% discount from the room charge (including tax) when making a reservation for accommodations at an eligible facility on the Site.

2. If a Member cancels a reservation for which the discount described in the preceding paragraph has been applied and such cancellation is subject to a cancellation charge, the cancellation charge will be calculated based on the room charge (including tax) after the discount has been applied. The discount will not be applied to the payment of cancellation charges.

Article 6 (Acquisition and Transfer of Points, etc.)

1. Points cannot be transferred or combined among members, unless otherwise approved by the Company.

Article 7 (Management of Points)

1. The Company shall manage the balance of points held by members and the history of the number of points acquired and used by members, for each member’s membership number. Members may view their point balance by entering their ID and password on “My Page” of the Site.

Article 9 (Expiration Date of Points)

1. Points may only be used by the Member who has earned them, and may not be used by anyone other than the Member.

2. When a Member makes a reservation for accommodation at a Qualifying Facility on the Site, the Member may apply 1 point, which is equivalent to 1 yen, to the payment of all or part of the accommodation charge (including tax) after the discount as specified in Article 5, Section 1. 3.

Points cannot be used to pay for cancellation charges.

Members may not exchange points for cash or convert points to Kasumigaseki Capital Premium Club points. 8.

Article 10 (Password Registration and Management Obligation)

Members may change the password set at the time of admission at their discretion. Members shall manage their passwords with the due care of a good manager to prevent others from knowing them, and shall endeavor to change their passwords on a regular basis.

Article 11 (Notification of Changes to Registered Contents)

In the event of any change in a member’s registration data for this program, the member shall notify the change through My Page on this site without delay. In the event that the registration data is incorrect due to failure to notify the Company, the Company reserves the right to refuse the use of this service. In this case, the Company shall not be held responsible.

Article 12 (Withdrawal of Members)

1. if you wish to cancel your membership, you must notify the Company of your desire to do so, and your membership will be cancelled on the date that the Company registers your desire to cancel in the dedicated registration system (hereinafter referred to as the “cancellation date”). Article 13 (Termination of this Program)

Article 14 (Modification of Terms and Conditions)

The Company shall notify Members of such changes to the Terms of Use, the content of the revised Terms of Use, and the effective date of such changes by posting the revised Terms of Use on the Website or by other reasonable means prior to the effective date of the changes, etc. The revised Terms of Use shall apply to the Program after the effective date of the changes. 2.

Article 16 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any trouble related to the services of the Program caused by the intentional or negligent conduct of the Member.

Article 17 (Governing Law and Agreed Jurisdiction)

The Program and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any and all disputes related thereto.
